The City of Lake Crystal Water Department found elevated levels of lead in drinking water in some homes/buildings. We sampled 10 homes that had a lead water service, and 2 out of the 10 homes sampled above the 15-ppb action level for lead. Lead can cause serious health problems, especially for pregnant women and young children. Please use the link to view more information to see what you can do to reduce lead in your drinking water. https://lakecrystal.govoffice.com/vertical/Sites/%7B9A3C669A-3693-44CB-9D09-360E67072109%7D/uploads/Information_About_Lead_08-2026.pdf
