Attention: City of Lake Crystal - Utility Payments Automatic Billing Form
If you wish to transition to automatic billing for your utility bills, please complete the form below. Payments will be withdrawn on the 25th of each month. If the 25th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, payment will be withdrawn on the following business day.
The first withdrawal will be the billing cycle after you submit your information.
Effective October 31st, 2024, a 3% fee will be applied to all debit and credit card payments. To avoid this fee, kindly make payments using cash, check, or auto withdrawal.
