Community Room Kitchen 

 
 
The community room can accommodate up to 60 guests. Three rectangle tables and twelve round tables are available for use. A vacuum is supplied and the community room must be cleaned and arranged according to the instruction manual.   

 

Kitchen Amenities: 

  • Refrigerator
  • Oven
  • Microwave
  • Coffee machine, filters, and serving pots - Please bring your own coffee for the machine.   
  • Utensils & Serveware

 


RESERVATIONS


If you are interested in renting the Community Room at City Hall, please contact City Hall to make a reservation. A reservation is confirmed once paperwork, payment, and deposit are received. The deposit will be refunded only if the room is left in satisfactory condition. Non-Profit organizations and government entities may use the room at no charge.  Keys for the room may be picked up one week prior to event at City Hall during business hours.

 

Reservation Fees 

  • 4 hour rental is $35.00 - Non-Refundable
  • 8 hour rental is $60.00 - Non-Refundable 
  • $50.00 Deposit - Refundable after inspection

 

After confirming a date with City Hall staff to reserve the community room, please complete the Community Room Agreement form. Mail in the form with payment and deposit or drop off at City Hall. Please make checks payable to "City of Lake Crystal".
