Transportation


 

TRUE TRANSIT provides rides to people of all ages throughout of Blue Earth, Le Sueur, and Nicollet Counties. Passenger fares are just $3 each way for in-town rides and $5 for out-of-town rides, no matter the distance. You can pay in advance or on the bus. Checks are not accepted. If you need to cancel your trip, please let TRUE Transit staff know as soon as possible, but no later than two hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Less than a two-hour notice will be recorded as a no-show. Two no-shows during one month may result in a one-month suspension from service.

Open: Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Travel anywhere in Blue Earth, Nicollet and Le Sueur Counties for just $5 each way.  Call (507) 388-8783 to request your pick up and drop off locations and times.

We do NOT provide transportation within Mankato, North Mankato, St. Peter or Le Sueur, only into or out of these cities.  Please use the city’s transit agency for rides around town.

 

1. Schedule a Ride

Rides must be booked at least two business days in advance or up to one month in advance online or by calling (800) 560-1575.

 

2. Pay for your Ride

Over the Phone: Pay with credit card by calling (507) 386-5580

On the Bus: Pay with tokens or cash. Must have exact cash or tokens. 

By Mail: Send payment via mail to apply to account

 

3. Enjoy your Ride

All buses have mobility lifts to help those in need of assistance. Please be respectful to other passengers; shoes, shirt, and good personal hygiene are required. No profanity, fighting, harassment, horseplay, or abuse is allowed. No eating, drinking, use of tobacco, alcohol, E-Cigarettes, or drugs is permitted.
