Cold Weather Rule (CWR) - In effect from October 1st - April 30th
Lake Crystal Municipal Utilities (LCMU) cannot disconnect in the winter if the "Cold Weather Rule Inability to Pay Form" is filled and arrangements are followed. CWR does NOT include water, sewer, and refuse services.
