Sidewalk Replacement Program

The City of Lake Crystal has created the Sidewalk Replacement Program to encourage property owners with unsafe or defective sidewalk to proceed with its replacement. As part of the program, The City of Lake Crystal will pay 50% of the pre-approved cost of sidewalk replacement in residential and commercial areas.
