Utility Disconnection Day for Past Due Accounts

***Utility Past Due Balances Reminder***
If you are past due on your utility account AND have not called City Hall, or contacted us via email, PRIOR to 3:45 PM on August 18th to establish a payment arrangement, your water or electric services may be disconnected AUGUST 19, 2026.

Payments of past due balances MUST be received at City Hall by 7:45 AM on the day of disconnection (July 22nd) in order to avoid the service disconnection. If you are making an online payment, the payment must be successfully completed by 7:45 AM on August 19th to avoid disconnection. Once service has been disconnected, the full past due amount, plus the $100 reconnection fee, is required to be paid to have service reconnected.
